Pregnancy Care

You are having a baby and about to begin one of the most exciting, wondrous, and fulfilling times of your life - motherhood!

Right now, you should focus on taking good care of yourself and making sure you receive the best care possible for a healthy pregnancy.

At Women's Care, it's all about you! You know your body best and it's our goal to give you the most rewarding experience you could possibly have. Our providers and midwives will encourage your decisions and help tailor your birth plan to support your ideas and goals.

If you are not doing so already, please make sure you begin taking a prenatal vitamin as soon as you find out you are pregnant. Prenatal vitamins that contain at least 800 micrograms (0.8 milligrams) of folic acid help reduce the risk of baby being born with a serious neural tube defect.

Next, it's time to find a provider! If you don't already have a Women's Care provider, view a full list of our board-certified OB/GYN's and Midwives here.
