“I'm there to give you the information, to let you know what your options are. It's your body and it's your baby, and your choice. These decisions are up to you and I'm just there to help you figure that out.”

"I’m so grateful for Kay, how she guided me in such a gentle manner and had everything ready just how I wanted it, which allowed me to be in control of delivering the way I knew my body could, to reconnect me with the confidence that was always there."

"When I first met Kay I was instantly hooked: her attitude, her demeanor, how she treats you. It was almost like sitting down and talking with a family member, like an aunt that I'm close with. It was easy to be honest with her."

"I didn’t choose Kay; somehow, I think it was just meant to be. My original OB was unavailable when I went into labor with my first. I was going to be induced and ended up going in a little bit early. Kay happened to be the provider that was on call. She’s so amazing. She listens. She brings the calm. And she's been there for all three."

"Kay was an awesome support, just so attentive. It was like having a doula there, only without having to pay for a doula. She's right there, helping me make decisions, making sure I’m comfortable. It was just awesome."

“Having a provider who has your best interest, and the best interest of your baby at heart, and who will do everything in their power to try to help you achieve your ideal birth, or offer comfort in times of distress, THAT is what matters. I found that in Kay and I am so eternally grateful for her expertise, compassion, calm demeanor, and kindness. I knew from the moment I met her that she would ensure both my baby and I were safe and well-cared for.”

"Kay takes time to listen to your concerns, your wishes, your questions. You don't feel rushed with her. While I was in labor with both of the younger girls, Kay would pop in and out whenever she could or she'd come up there and spend her entire lunch break with me. After the clinic day was done, she was up there until I had Hazel. When I was walking the halls while I was laboring with Lydia, Kay was up there walking with me. I must say, Kay is the sweetest human on earth."

“She walked in the room that day and I don’t know what it was. Her overall presence, an aura of calm. Whatever it was, it just made me feel like she was who I needed to have deliver the baby.”

Elizabeth B
"The entire team at Women's Care will always hold a special place in our hearts, but Kay has been there with us every step of the way. From the very first time I met her I just felt so at ease. She was there when I had a miscarriage with a phone call to see how I was doing. She listened to my fears and anxieties during my first pregnancy after loss and infertility. She cheered me on with two very long inductions and was incredibly kind and sensitive to what could make two unplanned C-sections that much more meaningful and gentler. Kay will always feel like a special part of our journey and although she technically didn't deliver my girls, their births wouldn't have been the same without her there."
