You can view a summary of your clinic and hospital billing accounts, including your outstanding balance, details of your account, charges, and recent payments.

If you prefer to make a payment by cash or check, it can be mailed to:

We also accept CareCredit as a form of payment. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed for your health and wellness needs. It can be used as a payment option for certain expenses not covered by insurance or to bridge situations when desired care exceeds insurance coverage. It also allows you to make convenient monthly payments. To apply for a CareCredit card or to make a payment using CareCredit, click here.
No matter how you choose to pay your bill, you will receive a monthly statement listing charges for services received, pending insurance claims, and any payments made in the last 30 days. Your financial responsibility will be listed in the patient balance column on your paper bill and payment in full is required by the date due. If you are unable to pay the amount in full, please contact our billing department by calling 920.729.7105.
