1. CareCredit - CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed for your health and wellness needs. It can help turn your healthcare expenses into manageable monthly payments. To apply for a CareCredit card or to make a payment using CareCredit, click here.
2. Online - To make a payment online for your medical services, simply log into your MyChart account. MyChart is a secure online health resource where you can access all your health information in one place. You can view a summary of your clinic and hospital billing accounts, including your outstanding balance, details of your account, charges, and recent payments.
3. Phone - To pay by phone, just give us a call at 920.729.7105 and ask to speak with our billing department.
4. Mail - If you prefer to make a payment by cash or check, it can be mailed to:

No matter how you choose to pay your bill, you will receive a monthly statement listing charges for services received, pending insurance claims, and any payments made in the last 30 days. Your financial responsibility will be listed in the patient balance column on your paper bill and payment in full is required by the date due. If you are unable to pay the amount in full, please contact our billing department by calling 920.729.7105.
