Appointment Information

Women's Care is always accepting new patients to join our Circle of Care! Please call the main office number at 920.729.7105 to schedule an appointment at any of our locations with any of our providers.

Your first appointment
For your first appointment, we ask that you bring a photo ID and your insurance card. We also ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete any necessary forms or to update information. At Women's Care, we do our best to see you as close to your scheduled appointment time as possible, but due to the nature of our business, providers may be delayed (babies don't always tell us when they are coming)!

Insurance card
It is important to bring your insurance card to every appointment to verify no changes have been made, as well as to make sure we continue to participate with your current insurance plan.

Running late?
As a courtesy to the other patients waiting to see your provider, please reschedule your appointment if you will be late by 10 minutes or more.

Need to cancel an appointment?
Please call our office as soon as possible to cancel your appointment (920.729.7105). Not showing up disrupts the provider's schedule and the unfilled slot is a lost chance for another patient to be seen.

We respect that your time is valuable too and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
