| New Construction Detour Route for Appleton Clinic |

Construction will begin near our Appleton office starting on Monday, April 12 and continue until October 2010. Please allow yourself extra time to arrive to your appointment on time. The preferred detour starting July 12 is:
Ballard North to Evergreen East (Right) go to roundabout and exit Gateway (very large visible sign for Gateway) Gateway turns to the left on Enterprise Dr. Go down to Grant Thornton building, enter the main entrance (not the side) and go up to the second floor.
